  2. When I’m in a rut, a quick browse through Pinterest or on the blogs I follow never fails to inspire me. Just not enough hours in the day (or night).

  6. When I’m in a rut, motivation usually comes in the form of a hard deadline! Either that, or some amazing inspiration by reading a fun sewing blog.

  10. I look at images of things that inspire me, or look through my fabric to see what catches my eye. Or I simply take a break until something inspires me.

  13. When I’m in a sewing rut, I can use one of two motivations. The first being music. I turn up the radio and it gets me in such a great mood that my creativity just comes alive. Or, I will send a picture of my project to my friends and ask for their input. Either way, both methods motivate me and get me back on track with my project.
