Fabric Flowers

BLOG-fabric-flowers-158x180allflower2Join us on the Indygo Junction Fabric Flower blog tour and make a flower everyday plus enter for a chance to win the Kanzashi Flower Maker from Clover and the book, ” Fabric Flowers”.

The Kanzashi  tool makes it really easy to make the pointed petals– don’t be tempted to skip using it just because it’s new and you will need to read AND follow the instructions. Our Button & Craft thread worked perfectly with the tool. When creating the petals, you gather each each petal, then use the same length of thread to gather the next petal and the next and the next and so on. The glace finish on the Button & Craft thread protected it through 10 little petals all gathered and held by the same thread! We finished off the center with a cluster of 3 small covered buttons to add dimension.
