Juffra_PandaEvery now and then you come across something, or someone who releases butterflies. Well, that’s how we feel about our latest sewing sweetheart: Juffra Toertjes. The mastermind behind Dutch sewing blog Toertjes & Pateekes, Juffra’s creations have us feeling like giddy little school girls. The simplicity of the designs work with amazing fabrics to produce cutting edge children’s wear.

Juffra_CatEars_OverallsThis one has me dreaming of school days! The oversized buttoms, denim fabric, and bubble hemline work together to put a fun spin on the classic romper.

Juffra_RaincoatNothing rains on my parade quite more than having to throw a big bulky rain jacket over an outfit that I’ve put thought into. With this adorable creation, you can show off your outfit underneath + whatever colorful goodies fill your pockets. These jellybeans almost serve as accessories! I think I’d be much more OK with the rain if I got to go puddle hopping in this little bit of magic 🙂

Juffra_ElephantsThis Elephant sundress just goes to show the power of a bold, unexpected pattern. The simple cut is precious on its own, but throw in a herd or two of pink elephants, and you’ve got a one-of-a-kind piece that really stands out from the rest!

Juffra_RomperHow cute is this pleated romper? I can’t think of a more perfect play outfit. Plus, I’m a sucker for anything with pockets. Add a bird pattern and I’m sold.

Juffra_-BoyGirl_FishingpoleJuffra doesn’t forget our little guys, either! This pineapple play ensemble has me craving sun, surf, and sand!

Juffra_AdultShe even spreads the love to us big kids, too! Although her main focus is children’s wear, every now and then she will post a pattern like this. Big enough for me but staying true to that cheerful signature style that we love so much 🙂
