Almost every young child has a set of memory flash cards at some point. You’re usually given them as a gift for baby, who ends up chewing on the corners, which means the cards get pretty ratty by the time the poor kiddo is old enough to actually play with them. Lucky for us, Sew Much Ado has this tutorial for super cute felt flash cards. Kids can chew and bend these as much as they want to, and they’re on a craft ring making them perfect for travel!
The tutorial includes a template for the numbers, but it’s just as easy to customize your own set with letters or shapes.
Perhaps the best part about this project, from a sewing aspect, is that you get to use grommets and the super fun grommet tool!
