  1. Is your company a wholesaler or retailer?

  2. I used this last night on a dress and when I ironed it the thread got very hard and crunchy and left a residue on my iron. Is this normal? I’ve never had this happen before, but I just bought this brand last night from Walmart. Any ideas?

    • Lindsey,
This isn’t typical. Surelock is 100% polyester. If the iron was set on a very high heat, it is possible that it could have melted. However, even though polyester has a lower melting point a home iron generally doesn’t get hot enough to melt the thread.
